• Supporter of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act, which would increase peaceful pressure on Iran to give up its nuclear weapons program.

Crowley on the Palestinian Territories

• Established a new initiative to support coexistence and reconciliation programs between Israelis and Palestinians.
• Voted for the Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act, which sets the framework for a peaceful, two-state solution to the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians and became law in December 2006.
• Supporter of holding Palestinian leaders accountable for their actions by making sure that U.S. aid for the Palestinian territories is fully transparent and audited. 
• Supports using the U.S.’s diplomatic and development tools to encourage the moderate elements of Palestinian society in the name of peace.
