- Sponsor of legislation that passed the House of Representatives in September 2008 condemning the use of children’s television programming to promote hatred and violence against Israel and the United States in media outlets based in the Middle East.
- Sponsor of legislative language directing the United States Department of State to ensure that all U.S. embassies work to ensure their host country provides full diplomatic recognition to Israel.
- Supporter of lifting the Arab League trade boycott against Israel.
- Supports relocating the United States Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.
- Visited Israel a total of seven times, including co-leading the largest delegation of House members in history to visit Israel at one time.

Crowley on Iran
- Strong supporter of the Iran Counter-Proliferation Act that calls for diplomatic efforts to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and authorizes additional bilateral sanctions against Iran.

- Supporter of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act, which would increase peaceful pressure on Iran to give up its nuclear weapons program.
Crowley on the Palestinian Territories
- Established a new initiative to support coexistence and reconciliation programs between Israelis and Palestinians.
- Voted for the Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act, which sets the framework for a peaceful, two-state solution to the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians and became law in December 2006.
- Supporter of holding Palestinian leaders accountable for their actions by making sure that U.S. aid for the Palestinian territories is fully transparent and audited.
