 Rep. Joseph Crowley hosts free Health Fair for Pelham Parkway and Bronx residents. The July 2006 fair, held with Councilman James Vacca, provided free screenings and critical information for improving access to health care services and resources in the Bronx. Among the participating groups in the health fair were Jacobi Medical Center; the New York Fire Department, which provided fire safety tips; Metrocard Reduced Sales; the Social Security Administration; and the New York Eye Surgery Center. |
