The 100-page Crowley Report, "SECURING NEW YORK: A BLUEPRINT FOR MEETING NEW YORK CITY'S HOMELAND SECURITY REQUIREMENTS," provides a roadmap of the steps that must be taken, programs that deserve funding, and legislation that should be supported to secure New York City, the New York metropolitan area, and the United States as a whole.
