House of Representatives Document Room The House of Representatives Document Room releases documents such as copies of bills and concurrent and joint resolutions at no charge. Federal Depository Library The Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP) designates existing libraries as circulators of federal documents produced by all three branches of government. Government Printing Office The Government Printing Office provides various documents such as laws, reports from federal agencies and departments, and copies of the Congressional Record at a fee.
