Joe Crowley (D-Queens, the Bronx) was joined by Queens businessman Manuel Miranda, president of Delicias Andinas, during President Obama’s address to the Joint Session of Congress. Ahead of the President’s remarks, Rep. Crowley and Mr. Miranda met to discuss efforts to spur economic growth and create jobs in Queens and New York.
