La Ley de Democracia Laboral simplificaría el proceso para que los trabajadores formen sindicatos, prevendría que los empleadores nieguen a los empleados el derecho de negociación colectiva y pondría fin a la explotación de trabajadores que son clasificados erróneamente como contratistas independientes. Este proyecto de ley sería la revisión más exhaustiva a las protecciones laborales federales en medio siglo.

President Trump's decision to withdraw from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action is reckless and irresponsible. Abandoning the Iran Deal not only hurts our credibility overseas but puts the United States in a weak position on future inspections enforcement and snapback of international sanctions. This leaves Americans at greater risk of a nuclear-armed Iran and increases the chances of another war in the Middle East.
